Next up, Communiqué is heading to Kigali with Africa in Colors
We are partnering with Africa in Colors for the 2026 Africa Creative Economy & Investment Forum (ACEIF) + Communiqué IRL Kigali.
In a few weeks, Communiqué will make its first official stop in Kigali for the Africa Creative Economy & Investment Forum (ACEIF) 2026, taking place August 23–30th, 2026, in Kigali, Rwanda. We are partnering with Africa in Colors to design a series of conversations at this year’s forum, including the first edition of Communiqué IRL Kigali.
Across Africa, creative and cultural industries are becoming increasingly influential, shaping business policies, driving tourism, creating jobs, and redefining how people worldwide perceive the continent. Underneath all this, one important question lingers: How do we transform cultural influence into investable, scalable businesses?
As a media and intelligence company focused on Africa’s creative economy, we believe the next chapter for the continent isn’t just about creating more content—it’s about building stronger businesses, better infrastructure, deeper collaboration, and pathways for long-term investment.
As part of the partnership, Communiqué will:
Facilitate a workshop led by our Founder & CEO, David I. Adeleke, on product thinking, monetisation, and building creator-led businesses beyond brand partnerships.
Co-host Communiqué IRL Kigali, an official ACEIF side event exploring “How to Build Investable Creative Enterprises in Africa.”
The networking mixer will bring together creators, founders, investors, policymakers, ecosystem builders, and cultural leaders for an evening of thoughtful conversation on the future of Africa’s creative economy—covering investment readiness, infrastructure building, and pan-African collaboration.
If you’ll be in Kigali during ACEIF, we’d love you to join us. Get your tickets here.
